About Us
Health Care Alternatives is a nurse-owned and managed business committed and dedicated to meeting the home care needs of our community. Our business is licensed in the state of Hawaii as Cory Lee & Associates, L.L.C., dba Health Care Alternatives.
We are bonded and insured for your safety. Our professional staff is licensed in the state of Hawaii according to their profession and expertise. All care providers are supervised by a RN Home Care Coordinator and all of our direct patient care staff are First Aid and Infant, Child, and Adult CPR trained.
To ensure quality and safety, all of our staff are carefully screened and meet Department of Health guidelines for employment.
Most of our Nurse's Aides are certified through the state of Hawaii Nurse's Aide Certification program. All Nurse's Aide staff are required to maintain a minimum of 12 in-service hours per year. Some have advanced clinical training and experience.
With your valuable input and participation, your plan of care is coordinated and managed by a RN Home Care Coordinator with physician consultation as needed.
